Transactional Legal Secretary

Salary: $80,000-$110,000

We are working with a respected law firm seeking a Transactional Legal Secretary to support a busy group of attorneys handling sophisticated matters in real estate, corporate, and finance practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced transactional environment.

The position is onsite for the first 90 days, then transitions to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to six attorneys
  • Assist with entity formation and related documentation
  • Prepare and organize closing binders
  • Draft and manage engagement letters and signature pages
  • Coordinate document execution and closing logistics
  • Handle general administrative and transactional support tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a legal secretary in real estate, corporate, or finance practice areas
  • Strong experience with transactional documentation and closings
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a high-volume desk
  • Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
